1093887 - Persona sign-in incorrectly drops users off at account linking

What did you do?
================
1. Attempt to sign in with a Persona account that does not have a corresponding MDN account.
2. From the "Create a Profile" screen, sign in with a Person account that /does/ have a corresponding MDN account.
3. Land on the "Connect Account" page

What happened?

Was redirected to a page that wouldn't make much sense to most users.

What should have happened?
==========================
Should have stayed on the page I was on.

Is there anything else we should know?

This is probably an unusual use case.

I guess "stay on the page I was on" isn't a good solution here since it was the "create profile" page. In this instance we should either redirect to the previous page or, if that's too much work, take users to the front page.

I can confirm, and agree that we should address this. Holly and I have encountered this bug in the wild. We had trouble coming up with steps to reproduce at first. Thanks for documenting them, Justin.

Below are my steps to reproduce, slightly rewritten. I mostly just want to capture the correct page titles so that we can find this bug later.

What did you do?
================

1. Sign in with a Persona account that is tied to an MDN account.
2. Arrive on the "Create your MDN profile to continue" page.
3. Instead of submitting the form, use the "Sign in" button in the
   header to sign in again, this time with a Persona account that *is*
   tied to an MDN account.

What happened?
==============
Arrived on the "Account connections" page.

What should have happened?
==========================
Arrive on the "Create your MDN profile to continue" page as if Steps 1
and 2 never happened.

Darn. Step 1 is missing the word "not" and comments can't be edited. Rather than making this bug super confusing with a third set of steps to reproduce, I opened bug 1097146 to supersede it.
