I am seeing more icons on Start/Programs/N.x than are mentioned in Spec- like 
help/composer and Profile Manager- will they be added to spec? 
Regarding Grace's comments...they were actually in the spec, just not in the
screenshots.  Now that they are in, I should update the screenshot in the spec :-)
So the remaining things that still need to happen on this bug for Commercial
Windows product:

1.  Settling on the name/version of the product.  We currently say Netscape 6.2
on the desktop Icon, the Start Menu, and the Windows QuickLaunch (Mouseover)
area.  We will need to update that when the versioning is finalized.

2. On the desktop icons themselves, need to place three icons on the desktop
 - Netscape 'X' (where X = the official version/name)
 - Netscape Mail & Newsgroups
 - Instant Messenger

3. On the Windows QuickLaunch area, the 3 key icons (browser, mail, IM) are all
there, however, the mouseover text should be same as desktop icons:
 - Browser = Netscape 'X'
 - Mail = Netscape Mail & Newsgroups
 - IM = Instant Messenger

4. On the main start menu, above the line above "Programs >", there should be
two components with icons:
 - Netscape 'X'
 - Netscape Mail & Newsgroups

5. Inside the Start > Programs > everything is correct except the naming of the
product itself.  It currently says 'Netscape 6.2', this needs to be updated to
whatever 'X' turns out to be.
As tpreston noted in http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=116966, the
Address Book Component is not listed in Start > Programs > Netscape 'X' >

This component definitely needs to be added to this portion as well.

Gregg, looks like you already transferred pertinent info from bug 116966.  Thanks.
The more I look at this bug the more I realize that this has nothing to do with
mozilla.  I thought that some of issues might be relevant, but NOT.

Is this really invalid or moved to bugscape?
In my way of thinking it is invalid for mozilla so I moved it to bugscape.  So
I'd answer "yes" and "yes".  Maybe I'm misusing the invalid designation?

Just to be clear, the bug in comment #13 is a bugscape bug.
[RFE] is deprecated in favor of severity: enhancement.  They have the same meaning.
