Preference Windows cannot be changed in size, therefore, some entry fields are
invisible and unaccessible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Preferences

Can't be changed in size on Win32 either, but all elements are fully visible.
It's not supposed to be resizable.  File bugs on particular panels that don't
fit (And check for dups; such bugs already exist).
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

It should work better with a recent build 
(you can't change the size but you can change all entry fields)
