I don't know what a "barrier" is, but it would be nice if there was a CCK for
Mozilla.  Some organizations are looking to Moz instead of IE *specifically*
because it's open source.  Netscape isn't.

There is no official Mozilla CCK release at this point. However, you should be
able to pull and build it.

This looks like a VERY important project.

Microsoft calls their IE configurator:
Internet Explorer Administration Kit
(or at least IEAK )
