From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8+)
Gecko/20020208
BuildID: 2002020803

whilst the page is still loading, right-clicking and choosing View Page Info
hangs the browser. I tried this on both czech language glossaries at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/l10n/mlp_glossary.html and they did the same. I
tried it on a couple of html sites and they worked as expected. if I wait till
the page has loaded it works as expected. following the steps to reproduce on
Mozilla 0.9.8 on Windows 98 works as expected. pbartecki followed steps to
reproduce on Windows Me and it worked as expected

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/l10n/glossaries/cz-usgloss4.51.txt
2. whilst the page is still loading, right-click and choose View Page Info

Actual Results: Mozilla hangs

Expected Results: should see page info
Build ID: 2002 02 08 03. Windows 2000.

Confirm hang. I detect no CPU usage, no process growth.

so this is _only_ on win2k? fun. I won't be able to test this let alone figure
out where it's going wrong.
no, it's not just 2000. it hangs on 98 as well.
Another interesting fact: it hangs when you open
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/l10n/glossaries/cz-usgloss4.51.txt, but not
when you open
http://server40.hypermart.net/db48x/bug%20124566/cz-usgloss4.51.txt. Very
interesting. Anyway, I think it's haning before it actually tries to open the
window, but I can't yet be sure of that.
Under i386 linux 2002030607 I hang on:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/l10n/glossaries/cz-usgloss4.51.txt

I also hang after doing page-info while a large image is loading.

(Someone please change OS's to all?)

this happens because I open stuff from the cache in blocking mode, and under
some circumstances, the cache service decides to block indefinatly. I'm looking
for a workaround.

darin is also looking to see if there's a better way to get the data needed,
possibly by extending part of the cache interfaces.

r=caillon. Sure this will get rid of the hang. If darin doesn't have an
alternate way to fix it, and is ok with the change then I'm ok too.
