Currently, the Kuma bugzilla form at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.mdn doesn't show a preview of possible duplicate bugs as you type in the summary field.

This feature is available on standard Bugzilla "Enter Bug" pages, as well as on the developer documentation custom bug form at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.doc.

We should enable this on the Kuma form to help reduce duplicates.
