Using build 2002041703 from RC1 branch

Problem:
Attachment list in message pane is missing scrollbars. This happens with both
modern and classic skins.

Expected behaviour:
When there are more attachments than can be displayed in the available space,
the list should have scrollbars.

I have seen this problem at least since 0.9.9

The screenshot isn't very revealing..
Does this happen with any mail with multiple attachments,
or only if there is some long header there?

If you make the window very wide: do scrollbar in attachment pane sometimes
re-appear?

I wonder if this is a duplicate of bug 91662

This happens always.
Just checked bug 91662 and it's not related. Note the summary of that bug is
"Long strings in mail header cause scroll bars _AND_ attachment window to
disappear, , making message unviewable."
They are refering to the scrollbars in the message, not the attachment window.

I have narrowed down the cases when this problem appears.

It turns out that the scrollbars ara only missing if the headers area is not
very tall. Since the height will vary with the number of headers displayed, to
reproduce this bug you will need a message with few visible headers. The
screenshot I attached was taken from a message with only Subject, From and Date
headers.

This happens both in 1.0 RC3 Linux and 1.0 and 1.1 alpha in windows.
Extremely annoying. Happens in all themes.
