Hi,

i build my HomePage and its a construct of tables with pictures. If i try to 
build 2 HTML-tables wo no cellpadding and spacing are there a space of 3 to 4 
Pixels.

in IE it works, but in no version of mozilla or netscape, but this site is HTML 
4.01 Trans ( http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fhome.arcor.de%

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start mozilla
2. goto http://home.arcor.de/yajirobi/ with IE
3. goto http://home.arcor.de/yajirobi/ with Mozilla

Actual Results:  i tried to set the size betwenn tables in negative
