146672 - Tray mail notification icon opens a window with the wrong size

Clicking the "new messages" pop-up works just fine, but when you wait for it to
disappear, and then click the tray icon, that opens a window with the wrong size
and the maximize/restore disabled.

been experiencing this since the mail notification tray icon was implemented, in
Windows 2000 and XP. Other versions: don't know.

Steps to repro:

1. send yourself a mail
2. wait for the "new messages" pop-up
3. let the pop-up go away
4. click on the notification icon in the system tray
5. the window is opened full-screen, ignoring the Windows task bar and other
top-most fixed bars like ICQ

Yes, I see this too.  Confirming with branch build 2002-05-25 on Windows 2000.
