Simple: Searching does not work at www.gopher.com, does work with IE.
Verified that searching this page using Netscape works as well (Mozilla/5.0
(Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020603 Netscape/7.0b1).

Note that after a failed attempt to search on this page, I can't load any other
sites, whether it's using the current window, opening a new tab, or opening a
new window.  I have to quit chimera and relaunch it.

what is unique about this page that it doesn't work?

Good/Bad news: Searching WORKSFORME on this page 

Bad/Bad news: after loading this page I can load no other pages until I quit &
relaunch.  We seem to be infinitely blocked waiting for events (and we are not
hogging the cpu).  No obvious answer comes to mind.
Severity: blocker → normal
Hrm, this site is no longer causing problems for me (at least as of builds from
6/24).  Anyone else still seeing a problem?
