The steps i'm currently taking to test this: moz-w32 slurps the mozilla-macosX-trunk.smi.bin to \\raistlin\overflow\mac from back-step (7100 ppc, x-ref:upn), i double click overflow:mac:mozilla-macosX-trunk.smi.bin i copy "Mozilla" from mozilla-macosX-trunk to overflow:mac i rename "Mozilla" to "Mozilla Package" I:\tempoverflow\mac>junction "Mozilla Carbon" "Mozilla Package\Mozilla.app\Contents" Created: I:\tempoverflow\mac\Mozilla Carbon Targetted at: I:\tempoverflow\mac\Mozilla Package\Mozilla.app\Contents This creates a magic junction which gets around the problem that MacOS9.0.4 refuses to open Mozilla.app Back to the mac, I open overflow:mac:Mozilla Carbon:MacOS I double click Mozilla Ideally of course, mozilla would launch and stuff. Less ideally, Mozilla would give some helpful error. I tried it today and instead, I got the standard SleepQInstall Trap. That is of course bug 125411.
Depends on: nubus
In order for normal users to run the package on macos, it needs a top level alias file: bug 167091.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies there as well or resolve this bug. I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken. To filter this and similar messages out, please filter for "mac_cla_reorg".
I think it's safe to call this one as Wont Fix... since OS 9 is no longer supported.

I vote for "WONTFIX", MacOS "Classic" has been dropped long ago.
