This pref also controls tooltips in webpages, which are generated via the title
attribute.  This is probably too complicated for users, but for accuracy's sake
you may just want to say "the Netscape user interface and some websites."

> * Web site icons are used to the left of the Location Bar and in your bookmark

They are not used in the bookmarks list anymore, that was turned off.  They are
used in the tabs, if you want to mention that.

The actual wording is "Theme to use", no trailing s after "Theme"

fixed in ns trunk. mozilla updates to come when we refresh mozilla content.

Actually web site icons do show in my bookmarks, because I have the latest
bookmarks patches ;-)
