RFE: quick search of history

one of the reasons this is cool is I'd no longer have to remember when I did
something in order to find it (in the history sidebar).

like addressbook and the addressbook sidebar panel, both history dialog and the
history sidebar panel would have QS.

Workaround: Press Ctrl+H for History window, then Ctrl+F for Find in History.

I agree that it would be nice to have something similar in the History sidebar.

With current nightly builds of both SeaMonkey 2.0 and SeaMonkey 2.1, both the History window and History sidebar have a quick search field. This was probably added as part of the move to Places-based history, but I don't know for sure. Marking WFM.
