Details

The vertical scrollbar has appeared since Michael's scrollbar checking. The
horizontal scrollbar has been there a few days but it should be there either.

works fine it latest build.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
www.starwave.com page is not a frameset anymore.  Marking verified using bft
frameset testcase, scroll bars appear and hide at proper times during resize, Feb
2 Seamonkey on win32.
