I don't like the bevels on the left, top, and right of the toolbars in Phoenix
1019 and Internet Explorer.

1. Left: prevents the back button from being at the left edge of the screen.
     (parity: Opera)
2. Left: prevents the file menu from being at the left edge of the screen.
(parity: AIM, Notepad, Wordpad, ACDSee, Opera)
3. Right: makes the content area scrollbar look like it's too far to the right.
(parity: Mozilla classic theme, which is missing the right bevel)
(parity: IE, which leaves space between the scrollbar and edge of screen)
4. Top: ugly (too many closely spaced horizontal lines), uses vertical space
     (parity: Notepad).
5. Left, Top, Right: these make it look like toolbars are above window rather
   than part of window.
     (parity: Notepad, Wordpad, mIRC, Opera)

The dark line at the bottom of the toolbars (to make the content area look
depressed) is ok.
Btw, that's all with the window maximized. The content area scrollbar has
additional problems when the window is not maximized.
Have you tried using another skin, then?
Or maybe userChrome.css
We should remove the left toolbar border (so back button is leftmost) and right
window border (so scrollbar is rightmost) if we get the chance; those are good
usability wins.

So, which one do we want for Firebird? I can do a patch for either, but I
personally *much* prefer the first one - I like my programs to all look the same. :)
The bevels are missing from the 2004/03/09 build. So shouldn't this be resolved
as fixed?
This was fixed some time between 0.6.1 and today's builds. But since I don't
know who fixed it or when, I'm marking it as WFM instead of FIXED.
