Refocusing the TestGtkEmbed window when the cursor, or the focus within the page, is outside the visible area, scrolls the page so that the focused object becomes visible again. Testcase: in bugzilla, click on the Additional Comments text area, drag the scrollbar to the top, focus some other window, focus TestGtkEmbed again -> the window is scrolled so that the text area is visible again.
