Build Identifier: 2002-11-14-08-trunk and later

A checkin for bug 172003 has caused a problem with the vBulletin forum software
(very popular). Instead of showing image attachments in the browser, Mozilla
now pops up a file download dialog. The forum software is sending the Content-
disposition of 'atachment' (spelling mistake deliberate), when it should
be 'inline'. The reasoning behind this behaviour is described by the vBulletin
developers here:

http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=32285#post199055

Before the check-in, Mozilla showed the image correctly. I guess vBulletin
needs to be fixed to send 'inline' instead of 'atachment' for browsers that
support this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load URL in an affected Mozilla build (2002-11-14 onward)
Actual Results:
File download prompt appears

Expected Results:
Image is shown in the browser (inline)

Further discussion of this problem can be found in bug 172003.

I have registerd on the vBulletin board as an interested Mozilla user, and seen
other people's complaints re: the same issue. I provided one of the programmers
with this link, he indicates he made a change to fix it, and said that it will
be available in next release. He said interested admins can follow this link
for more info on a workaround temporarily. His name was Freddie.

good luck, hope this is helpful.

Can we resolve this bug then?
Has the new release been made? We should keep this open till a new release is
available and we can point people to it.

This has been fixed in vB2.3.0, but it is still in RC-State and no final release
of vB2.3.0, so I suggest to wait, vBulletin 2.3.0 final comes out.
