Linking to index.cgi violates style guidelines on Mozilla.org (because you're
supposed to link to the directory, not to the index file within it) as well as a
number of other websites (Syndicomm and InTrec among them ;) and W3C
recommendations (believe it or not).

We should link to urlbase instead.  Patch to follow.
