In spite of bug #174255 being marked 'fixed', I just ran into the problem that
the Apache 'Options/AllowOverride' example doesn't work when you cut&paste it. A
line break is missing after the 'Options ExecCGI' directive.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.bugzilla.org/docs216/html/stepbystep.html
2. Scroll down to section "4.1.6. HTTP Server"
3. Cut and paste the "Options ExecCGI AllowOverride Limit" into your Apache config
4. Run a "apachectl configtest"; it will say "Syntax error [...] Illegal option
AllowOverride"
