20174 - Cursor blinks in location bar when not in focus

When you type a location into tghe location bar, press enter, then begin
surfing (click on a link in the page or just click somewhere on the page to
remove focus from the location bar), the cursor inside the location bar
continues to blink, even though it no longer has focus.

Also, when you click in the location bar the font size of the text in it grows
slightly (Build ID: 1999110828 WinNT 4 and Linux)

The font size growth issue is separate, see bug 18232.

However, similar to the cursor issue, is the issue that when the location bar
no longer has focus, the selection area is still visible.

To reproduce:
   1. select part of the URI in the location bar.
   2. click on the web page
   3. look at the location bar

What happens:
   The location bar's selection is still visible, although typing does have
   any effect so it does not have focus.

What should happen:
   Selection and cursor should both dissapear when the location bar does not
   have focus.

Additional Details:
   This is probably a known problem with GFX text fields...

On X11, selection should definitely NOT disappear when something no longer has
focus.  If this happens, copy and paste can't work.  In fact, it's probably a
general problem for copy and paste (select in location bar, go to Edit|Copy, but
it's no longer selected...).

The bug here was that the caret was *flashing* when the location bar no longer
had focus, and that's a bug.

The only time I can see a flashing caret when typing doesn't work is by doing
the following:
 * get caret in the location bar (by clicking)
 * Alt-TAB to another window and then back again

Caret is still flashing, but typing doesn't work.  I'm using Linux mozilla
2000-01-06-13-M13.

This applies to all form controls, so I'm moving to HTML Form Controls component
and reassigning.
