211645 - Minimo continues to link against xpcom_compat

Although minimo doesn't need to link against libxpcom_compat.so, it continues to
do so.  Here is a patch that allows for a work around if you have MINOMO set in
your env.  Eventually, i would imagine that instead of an ENV var, there would
be a configure option.
