Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. input bugzilla comment
2. bugzilla show 'view-source:..' highlighted
3. click it and you can see HTML source




I tested browsing this HTML
<a href="view-source:http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/reports.cgi">view-source</a>

This works on
  Mozilla 1.5b
  InternetExplorer 6.0 SP1
  NetscapeNavigator 4.78

This don't work on
  Opera 7.11
