We should add support for CAPA command to be able to handle the additional
response codes defined in RFC 2449 and 3206 correctly (and other capabilities of
course too).

This patch does what's needed.
The use of response codes AUTH and SYS nearly eliminates false alarms and
wrongly discarded passwords in connection with servers supporting these codes.

This is a -puw patch, -pu for checkin is available.
