We need a password manager component for Firebird.

David just added [pwd-mngr] to the summary of all active password manager bugs,
moved them to the Autocomplete component and assigned them to bryner. This is a
good workaround, but it requires unnecessary work in the future because
reporters are not aware of this and just file their bugs in the overloaded
General component and without [pwd-mngr].

There are now 15 Firebird bugs with [pwd-mngr] in the summary. That's more than
the new, assigned and reopend bugs in History (14) and nearly as much as in
Downloads (18).

Having the same component as in Browser also allows to query the same component
in both products.

We may need some more components, but why not start with this?

Thanks so much Ian! I just moved the 15 bugs to the new component. I guess we
can leave the [pwd-mngr] in the summary?

We only need a default QA for this (and for downloading btw)...

Yeah, leave the [pwd-mngr] in the summary for now, since there is no point
spamming yet again to remove it. If you modify the bug in some other way I
suppose you could drop it.

Ian: you can set me (davidpjames@yahoo.com) as the default QA for Password
Manager bugs since my other QA duty is Autocomplete and I've already been
handling password manager bugs anyway.
