227693 - Make Features on Thunderbird Help the official "Why" doc of TB

Mozilla Thunderbird needs a Why document.  Such a document was/is successful for
Mozilla Firebird (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firebird/roadmap.html - see
Marketing) and it can/will be successful for Mozilla Thunderbird too.

The suggested page (see bug URL) will need a few more sections before it could
be added (so it's not empty compared to the corresponding FB page), but it's
pretty great right now as it is.  It only took me one look after the mozillaZine
article (http://www.mozillazine.org/talkback.html?article=4057) to come up with
this idea, because the current content of this Features page (tho limited) is
really that good.  I'm guessing new ideas for it won't be limited, however,
after the thread gets a few responses.

Well, there are links from the TB product page to the why page now, so I'm going
