When a user compose a mail and attach a file and
the file's filename has non-ascii characters,
the filename doesn't show up in the attachment
window and doesn't send correctly.

If a user save the mail in editing, the filename
isn't encoded with Base64.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. begin composing a mail
2. attach a file that's filename has non-ascii characters.
3. send a mail or save a mail

Actual Results:  
The filename doesn't show up in the attachment window.

Expected Results:  
The filename should show up in the attachment window.
When a user saves a mail, attached file's filename
isn't encoded with Base64.
can you post a sample of a draft from a mail client where this works so I can
compare?
Mozilla 1.5 encodes the filename correctly.
(see Bug 193439 . But that is another probrem)
Is dupe of bug 229872 ?

This should have been fixed in current trunk build.
