People seem to be experiencing fallout from the widgets -> bindings change in
XBL. See http://www.1976design.com/blog/archive/2004/02/09/firefox-error/ for
example. However, this problem is not metioned in the release notes at
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/releases/#issues

Add some information to the release notes:
Text in release notes such as:

Some extensions which worked with Firefox 0.8 may not be compatible with the new
version. If you get an error message such as "Error launching browser window:no
XBL binding for browser", you should remove or disable any extensions you have
installed and install updated versions of the extensions.
Summary: Add release not about XBL bindings changes → Add release note about XBL bindings changes
That should read "some extensions that were compatible with Firefox 0.7", obviously.

It's a known issue. People think they know how to install stuff so they don't
read that section.

Actually, I give up. This bug will eventually be marked invalid anyway. But the
note should be in the known issues section and not in any of the other sections
it appears in.
