Details

When the user clicks on "manual" under proxy configuration, FTP and HTTP options
appear, with two text-widgets each.  The first of these receives focus and
whitens, while the other three remain grey as though disabled.  They should also
"whiten" to show that they are active and modifiable.

Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component.  Pref UI 
component will be deleted.

Everything works fine if the window is closed
and reopens.  Strange behavior.

don't have access to linux at the present). do reopen if it's still a problem.
