all instances of "a terms.bug" or "a terms.Bug" should be replaced 
with "terms.abug" and "terms.aBug" respectively in the html templates

say terms.bug = "issue" in global/variables.none.tmpl.  Then "a terms.bug" 
is "a issue".  Since the proper form is "an issue", the solution is to set 
terms.abug and terms.aBug in variables.none.tmpl.

Yes, but other terms don't have "a" counterparts (e.g. terms.Bug and 
terms.aBug).  Adding those should probably go under another bug.
