Probably this omission in the build has been fixed already but I'm filing a bug report to make sure that it's not overlooked. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
I'm seeing this in the windows nightly build as well, the Installer comes with a message Quality Feed Back Agent -214 Does not Exist setting Platform and OS ALL Confirming New marking critical
