Editing index.html, I clicked on the small square rectangle marking the
bottom-center part of a table cell (see error.gif). After clicking, it crashed.

It seems that this rectangle just appeared out of no where

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open file for editing
2. Editor freezes for a minute, wont let you edit until you click a link on the
left panel
3. Editor unfreezes
4. Edit a while, phantom rectangle appears (see error.gif)
5. Click on rectangle, crash in XPCOM.dll

Actual Results:

I have another TalkBalk incident from last night I am trying to send, but "The
Agent is unable to connect to server"... is Talkbalk working properly right now?
Talkbalk finally went through, the more recent indicent is TB744558Y.  Older
incident (by 6 hours) is TB743738X
