See testcase. We're talking about a block element, e.g. H1, with an :after
pseudoelement. Everything works fine if the element's direction LTR; with RTL
things are screwed up. May be related to bug 258928, or even have the same cause
as that one, but it's not the same bug (there the problem is padding of inline
elements).

Actually, this *is* a duplicate of bug 258298. The testcase displays correctly with my patch for bug 299065 (which fixes 258298 as well). Marking as a dependency for now, so this can be verified if and when that patch gets checked in.

Our patch for bug 121633 also fixes this one.

Duplicate of bug 258928, and therefore fixed by the fix to 299065.
