2607 - this content rich site doesn't load on all platforms

Using the 1/25 build for Linux/Win/Mac

1) launch the browser
2) go to above URL

only the left column of content is loaded with the three forms.
None of the content in the middle or rest of the screen is loaded.
Compare to 4.x.

This site contains tables, images, forms, heavy CSS,  javascript
and imagemaps.

I am trying to strip it down to a narrow test case to isolate the
problem. Will update this report as I investigate further.

Comes up fine on 4.x.

You might want to look at #2394 --

(By the way, it's not documented at #2394, but the form widgets were
displaying while all the other text in the body/table were suppressed.
(I believe since the widgets are separate windows)).

verified in 2/3 build...loads now...
