Description

[Rod Whiteley]

Make a XUL window containing a splitter.  Add something with a fixed position
and a z-index of 1.  It is drawn over everything in the window except the
splitter.  The splitter ignores the z-index and always appears on top.

Except real time drag is enabled by default. More likely would be this:

Ah, yes.  So the splitter has a huge z-index....  Is there a reason for this?

I actually checked the fix in a couple of days ago...
