Originally when I started working on generic accessibles for headings, quotes, items with a tabindex, or items with a role attribute, I thought we would need an extra class. This bug is for flattening the class hierarchy since nsGenericAccessible doesn't give us anything new.

Comment on attachment 172751 [details] [diff] [review] Flatten accessibility hierarchy and clean up a few things. Please ignore the introduction of new atoms other than ::disabled -- that's from another patch Looks good.
