In the font selection pref. panel, 'Other languages' and 'User defined' are in
the middle of the list. They should come at the end of the list after all other
scripts/langGroups.

IIRC, there's a bug about the sorting the list per the locale-specific
collation rules. Even if that bug is fixed, 'Other languages' and 'User
defined' should be excluded from sorting and be at the end of the list.

fix checked in for suite. aviary has a different UI now so that the patch
doesn't apply any more (two files I touched have gone). I filed bug 285225 to
take care of that.
