This regressed between

At the end of installation, or later,
starting MAS by requesting P.M.,
the dialog appears, but no profile are listed.

Cancel does not help: have to close the window with the "cross" Windows button.

In fact, it's a little more than that:

Button labelled 'Cancel' instead of 'Exit';
left pane blank: no text, no 3 buttons;
...

As if the initialization is not happening/completing.

Since Brendan backed out his bug 281988 changes this should be working again.
