Steps to reproduce:
1. turn on quarantining of pop3 messages in tools | options | privacy | anti-virus
2. limit size of messages downloaded to a pop3 server (e.g., 50K)
3. Send a message larger than the limit
4. get new messages
5. click on the partial download link to download the message completely.
6. Cancel the download with the stop button before it finishes.

Your inbox will be set to 0 size. Luckily none of these options are on by
default, but the combination is really bad.
