I think this bug is about reordering the entries in a mail list dialog. For this 
reason I'm going to reopen this bug.

According to help, this D & D feature no longer exist in 7.0.
Type name in list, candidate list pop-up then select from there.

Reopening.

In older builds it was possible to have the mailing list dialog open and then
drag-n-drop cards from the address book's results pane (right top pane) onto the
mailing list. Because this created many problems, earlier this year this feature
was disabled. I know that the developers are working on bringing this feature back.

I think the concept I just described is different from the original description
of this bug. With a list selected, select the Properties button so it opens a
mailing list dialog. How would you change the order of the existing addresses?
This bug asks for the ability to drag-n-drop addresses to control the order.
Bug# 45170 asks for up/down arrows to control the order.
