337806 - Multiple boolean: only last "Add another boolean chart" button works

If user creates 'n' multiple boolean charts via the "Add another boolean chart" button, only the nth "Add another boolean chart" button works.  All previous buttons appear to produce an action, but don't in fact do so.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi "Advanced Searching Using Boolean Charts:" click on 'Add another boolean chart'.
2. User now has 2 boolean charts
3. Click on 'Add another boolean chart' button in first boolean chart area.

Actual Results:  
page reloads, user still sees only two boolean charts

Expected Results:  
user expects to see a third boolean chart created.

only one functional 'Add another boolean chart' should be displayed in this section.

observed in bugzilla 2.20.2 and on bugzilla.mozilla.org on 13-May-2006

This behaviour is still present in 3.2 as well. IMO, the "Add another boolean chart" buttons for charts other than the last one in the list, should be renamed to "Remove this boolean chart" instead. Otherwise leaving the previous buttons the same without any action when clicked is confusing to the end users.

This is about the old Boolean Chart UI, which was gone.
