An input type=text element whose width has been set using CSS will suddenly
almost double in width when a (smaller) textfield is placed inside the cell.
I tried css "overflow:hidden;" but this seems not to work for table cells.(?)
Nesting a DIV with the "overflow:hidden" attribute will produce the desired
result.
This seems to be fixed when using ENABLE_STRICT=true.

However, with ENABLE_STRICT=true, rendering artifacts are displayed on WinNT.
CC'ing Rick Gessner for ENABLE_STRICT.
The doctype in the testcase is invalid. Also, I think the bug should be filed
in a diffrent category. I will enter a new, improved bug report.

Could somebody please mark this one INVALID? thanks.
