Using jun30 m17 commercial build

Search criteria for news should be different than mail, I believe (not spec'd). 
If I remember right, we're not doing the extended search capabilities as we did
in 4.x news searching and we're going to just offer criteria choices of "sender"
and "subject" (contains, doesn't contain).

The current criteria dropdown doesn't change when selecting a news group or news
server/account level.
