66769 - Want an option to disable window autoraising after finished loading documents.

Description

[OZAWA Sakuro]

When a user requests a URL which takes long time to complete loading,
he/she will leave it continuing loading the document, raise windows
of other application, then resume to old tasks such as chatting, writing.

When the browser completes the request, it suddenly raises itself. This
can disturb the user's current task and is very annonying.

So, the preference should have an option to enable/disalbe the "auto
raise after completion of loading the document" feature of the browser.

May have to reopen if 28467 is fixed without choice from preferences.
