Chrome:/// URLs are added to global history.

To reproduce:
1. Type (for example) "chrome:///navigator/content/navigator.xul" in location 
bar and press "Enter".
2. Go to Task->Tools->History and you will see this chrome:/// URL in the URL 
column.

Platform&OS: Solaris 2.7 Sparc and Intel.
Build: NS6 bugfix OEM release.
I'm not sure I'd classify this as a bug. file:/ urls are also added to the
global history. As near as I can tell, chrome URLs are only added when typed
explicitly, expect for Help->About, so it doesn't seem a big problem and could
be useful for developers working on themes/skins.
Summary: chrome URLs are added to global history → chrome URLs are added to global history
anything that loads successfully after being entered in the location boxes 
belongs in global history.
yep, this works as designed, this is not a bug.
