The bottom nav is left justified when it should be centered.
Also, the logo should be right aligned in it too is left justified.

The <tr align=center> is not working. The text align problem is a dup of another
bug, but I can't recall the number.
Bug #1802 deals with 'align=center' issue. Bug #6150 deals with 'HTML align vs.
CSS text-align' issue. These bugs may cover the issues in this bug. If so,
please mark as duplicate.

Yup, this is a dup of bug 1802. This page uses lots of <tr align>, and we don't
yet support that (it seems).

It never ceases to amaze me the way people use tables, nested tables, and
deeply nested rows and cells with aligns and cell paddings and colspans and so
on, when simple CSS would do the trick much quicker, neater, easier...
