Details

I really dislike mozilla's "feature" of bringing a browser window to the top
layer when a page has loaded.  It's quite distracting when I'm interrupted
reading one page by another page popping to the front.  

All I ask for is a little check box in the prefs to disable this feature.

I would definitely not enable this *feature* if Moz development put this
*feature* in their browser.
alright alright, mark it as a dupe then.  Can't blame a guy for not knowing
exactly what to search for.
3 more and this will be mozillas most duplicated "feature"..
