What happens: I am warned to encrypt my passwords, however, the content in the
last paragraph is no longer correct. It presently reads "To password protect
stored information, choose Preferences from the Edit menu, open the Advanced
category, choose Passwords, and check 'Use encryption when storing sensitive
data."

The term "Personal Security Password" appears in two places. This is an obsolete
term that is no longer used in the PSM interface. Change it to "Master Password"
in both places.

My recollection is that this dialog box was added for legal reasons, among other
things. Since the current instructions are wrong, I wonder if there's any legal
impact involved in leaving the fix for 2.1 rather getting it into the branch now
for 2.0. Even though it's a single dialog that most people will see only once,
wrong instructions in this place could be a bad thing.
