91971 - Unable to download using WebClient

I am unable to download any files, i.e, .zip, .exe, etc from different sites on
the web using webclient.  This is the case with both http and ftp type of downloads.

This is I suppose an important feature, and I am able to do this through Mozilla.
I am looking for a workaround.

If you mean "Save Link As..." type of behaviour, you're in luck!  This kind of 
behaviour is the responsibility of the custom app author.  That means you get 
the flexibility of putting up the dialogs and such yourself.  Please use the 
java.net.URLConnection implementation to do this.  If you add this feature to 
webclient, I'd love to have it.

Please re-open if I don't understand you.
