User-Agent: Mozilla/4.61 [en] (OS/2; U)
BuildID: Mozilla 0.9.3,Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:0.9.3)

Note that some of the images under the section "Category Company search" appear
as reverse/mirror image. Example, View image of
Modems/ISDN, SCSI Adaptors, Notebooks.
When viewed, they show in correct orientation, but on the page, are upside
down/reversed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Close, then return to page and re view
2.
3.

Expected Results: Expect Correct orientation, is OK when viewed under 4.61 for
OS/2.

Don't know whether this tells you anything, comes from Page source!
What video driver are you using?

Also, are you using the EMX build or the VACPP build?
I've determined the problem occurs whenever an img tag specifies either
relative or absolute height and/or width different from the original. I can
take a simple page with one image and toggle the upsidedowness by adding
height|width specs. It's also PM upsidedownness, i.e. topleft -> bottomleft as
opposed to a topleft->bottomright flip.

Here (ATI Rage Pro, IBM SDD) I see it with both the EMX and VACPP builds. The
problem appears to have cropped up with the new image lib and nsImageOS2
update; it wasn't there in earlier builds. While that and the fact it doesn't
occur with other apps in which images can be resized has me doubting the
it's-a-driver-bug theory, several people have reported not seeing it with the
current builds...
The VeriSign certs are upside down and reversed on several sites, mainly
bscu.org, my credit union. My video card is a Matrox Mystique with 4mb of ram,
I am running SDD Pro, beta 42. 4.61 does not have the problem.
I am using the Mozilla 0.9.3
Our investigation has shown that this only happens on GRADD drivers (Normal
GRADD or Scitech) when running at 16 million colors.

it seems to be fixed in the first fixpak for Convenience Pak 1.

We are looking to see if there was actually an OS/2 bug fixed that resembles
this.

It seems to have started with the new image library - no OS/2 specific changes
caused it, we believe.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
Summary: Images appear reverse/mirror image → Images appear upside down
We have confirmation that this is an OS/2 bug that was fixed in the first FixPak
for the convenience pack. It has not been fixed on Merlin at this time.

The workaround is not to run at 16 million colors.,\

The reason it probably started with the new imagelib is because the code was
changed to have the platform specific code do the resizing of the images rather
than the XP code.

So I am marking this as WONTFIX.
