Someone who did respond was asked if they received email and the answer is no - they decided to logon to Mozilla account profile and locate the question they had asked to see if there was anything posted. So at this moment it looks like no one is getting any emails from the Thunderbird Support Forum. It's not just those who offer help, it relates to everyone using the forum asking for help as well.
